Skinning the Skin Browser update window - how?

After a nasty HardDrive crash I've had to reinstall Windows

(don't worry the important files were backed up)

The trouble is I've now forgotten what the wb.ini were set to. Specifically what the setting is to force small toolbars to be skinned (like the SkinBorwser Updates window).
